30,000 Steps, Stewart Lake

Hike into the Pecos Wilderness, original music = An Intro to Nothing, by me.

This high-altitude lake, located at approximately 10,232 feet, is accessible via the Winsor Trail.

During the summer months, the vegetation along the Winsor Trail is at its peak. The forest floor is carpeted with a variety of ferns, mosses, and wildflowers, including columbines, Indian paintbrushes, and lupines. The vibrant colors of these blooms contrast beautifully with the deep greens of the surrounding foliage, creating a picturesque setting that captivates the senses.
